Elections for 2026-2027 Officers. Call for Nominations for the IEEE Orange County Section
Dear IEEE Orange County Section Members,
We are pleased to announce IEEE the Orange County Section Annual Election for 2026-2027. Candidate nominations are now being accepted for the IEEE Orange County Section Annual Election. We are seeking nominations for the following elected position(s).
- Chair, Term Start: 01 Jan 2026, Term End: 01 Jan 2028
- Vice Chair, Term Start: 01 Jan 2026, Term End: 01 Jan 2028
- Secretary, Term Start: 01 Jan 2026, Term End: 01 Jan 2028
- Treasurer, Term Start: 01 Jan 2026, Term End: 01 Jan 2028
The responsibilities of each position are described in the IEEE Member & Geographic Activities (MGA) Operations Manual.
Nominees must be IEEE members of Orange County Section as of 01 November 2025 07:32 AM America/Los_Angeles and be of Graduate Student Member, Member, Senior Member, Life Member, or Fellow grade.
The nomination deadline is 16 November 2025 11:59 PM America/Los_Angeles. The Petition opening will be announced to all eligible members and the deadline to place petitions will be 26 November 2025 11:59 PM America/Los_Angeles. Voting will be held utilizing vTools.
