Kimara Chin is an IEEE Member and IEEE SCV WIE co-founder. She is a Materials Engineering Manager at Trimble Navigation. She holds degrees in BSc – Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering and MBA – Technology Management. Kimara held past positions as a Manager of the CAD/PCB Layout and Mechanical CAD department, Manager of the Component Engineering department, Sr. Engineer, and Hardware Engineer. Kimara pioneered EU RoHS implementation and is currently in a special project which involves pioneering implementation of Conflict Minerals.
Roxsana Hadjizadeh is an IEEE Senior Member; IEEE SCV WIE co-founder, 2006-2012 SCV WIE Chair, and curently is a WIE Sr. Advisor. In 2009, she served as IEEE SCV Section Chair and previously as Secretary, Treasurer and Vice Chair. She has been Cisco’s Corp Liason to IEEE-SCV section since 2014. She is currently 2015 Area Awards Chair to Region 6. Roxsana has BSEE & MSEE from S Illinois University. She is currently a New Product Manager in Server, Switching and Virtualization Product Group at Cisco focusing on Unified Computing System Hardware and Software at Cisco Systems.
Suzette Pangrle is an IEEE Member, 2013 SCV WIE Chair and today’s SCV WIE webmaster. Suzette holds a Ph.D. in Materials Engineering, a MS in Metallurgy and Polymer Science Engineering and BS in Chemical Engineering. Suzette is the Director of Engineering at Promex Industries Inc. Suzette is an advocate for customers to identify and translate requirements to process flows, manages the Engineering team in developing new processes for surface mount technology, chip-on-board and IC Packaging and project manages the internal team for the company’s website.
Liliane Peters is an IEEE member, and IEEE-WIE-Ericsson liaison officer to the SCV WIE chapter. She is a Director with Ericsson Silicon Valley in the Network Analytics and Control division. She has successfully led several R&D programs, initiatives and line organizations, where she extensively applied agile and lean processes and methods. She is currently responsible for the DevOps transformation and consolidation of the development environment in her division. Liliane holds a PhD in image processing and a MSc. in video transmission. She is recipient of several awards and patents in the area of computational intelligence.
