Facility tours are some of the favorite activities for our members.  We appreciate you taking your time to set this up.  To setup the facility tour, we generally like to announce it at least two weeks in advance.  As the contact person for the tour,  we request the following:

  • At least two weeks notice to advertise the tour, preferably three to four weeks
  • What attendees can expect to see and do on the tour
  • Who can attend
    • Is preregistration required?
    • Age restrictions (adults or children over the age of x)
    • Nationality (some facilities only allow US citizens or green card holders)
  • Time
    • Is this a come & go event, or is it a guided tour that people must arrive at a certain time for?
    • Expected Length
  • Location (directions if mapping programs tend to get it wrong)
  • Where to park and enter
  • Dress code (some facilities require closed toe shoes)
  • Your contact information, or designated contact for those who desire more information.
