Presentation: Where in the World Is My VOM (Voice of the Member)?

Voice of the Member is typically focused on feedback about our products and services, but LinkedIn recently discovered the power of looking at VOM regionally as well.  In this talk Mark Quinn, Sr Director of Product Operations at LinkedIn, will share the global VOM journey LinkedIn is on, starting with a simple question out of Bangalore that has now evolved into a global strategy providing powerful product and support insights that weren’t being uncovered any other way.  Mark will cover how LinkedIn’s Regional VOM began, examples of wins so far, and challenges to consider in standing up your own regional VOM strategy.
