We will view a video entitled “Introduction to Entrepreneurial Management – Entrepreneurship 101” which highlights the “Lean Startup” methodology for launching a startup, taking it from an idea to an MVP (Minimum Viable Product), and to a sustainable business model.

We will watch selected excerpts of the video, then pause and discuss the subject matter presented in the video. The audience is encouraged to participate in the discussions, in light of our own knowledge, experience, and circumstances. Then we will continue viewing and discussing the experiences of those attending.
