Presentation: Maximizing the potential of your Start Up Business: The Four Quadrants of Business Events
Lenny Greenberg is CTO of TapToTalk, a company that sells a software product to consumers. He will present a simple framework for looking at the business events (planned and unplanned) that start up entrepreneurs encounter on a daily basis. Lenny believes that how entrepreneurs act on these events determines whether they will continue on the road to success and achieve their business goals, or move in the opposite direction.

He will provide examples of some of the more important events that TapToTalk faced over the last two years that have helped them grow their business, achieve their goals and maintain their business focus. Among these are:

  • Choosing a business model
  • Pricing strategies
  • Choosing new platforms
  • Online advertising strategies (SEO, Facebook, etc.)
