Our current project and engineering frameworks work! Well maybe, only, and sometimes. In this talk, Rosemary Hossenlopp will explore why our successful project experiences don’t always extend to our current project environments. Let’s explore different types of project environments and how to apply different types of thinking to each. It’s tough and hard to not have a single project methodology yet our changing environment, complex circumstances and chaotic environments, now require a new mindset.
