Businesses have been running on remote workers for about 10 months now. This has unleashed a large-scale experiment on how to work with distributed teams. Managing remote workers has become an intriguing challenge for line and project managers. We will watch two short videos and several excerpts of a longer video, and discuss each one after it is viewed. We encourage participation and ask attendees to share their own personal experiences and their skills for managing remote teams.
