CEO’s say they want it – blame HR and Management for stifling it. Managers say they are caught in the middle of the sandwich – having deliverables to deliver on time and within budget. No time for creativity or experimentation – just get the job done.
In this talk, Dr. ArLyne Diamond will share her research on “Managing for Creativity” with C level executives here in Silicon Valley, and experiences as to how we stifle creativity. She will be offering suggestions for building the type of personal, educational and business relationships that encourage creativity.
Time permitting, there will be some fun table-top activities to grow creatively.
