Presentation: Introduction to Kanban, a Broad Usage Agile Approach
The word “Agile” most commonly brings the Scrum process to mind. Kanban is also an Agile process, has been around longer than Scrum, and is more widely useful. While Scrum is employed almost exclusively for managing software development, Kanban is used in many fields, and lends itself to the management of a much wider variety of projects and services. This presentation will explain how Kanban works, and where it is most appropriate.
