Light Dinner: This month we’re continuing with our light dinner format — typically sandwiches, salad, drinks, and cookie or similar light dinner.
Presentation: Building Powerful Relationships
In a lively 45-minute session you will learn how to interpret your own and other people’s behaviors in ways that promote better understanding and communication possibilities. You will also gain practical techniques to de-escalate conflict situations. Participants will receive handouts that will be valuable in implementing what they learn.
Bio:
Jay is a long-time Silicon Valley Learning and Development thought leader. He has managed training for Intel, Nortel, Tandem, Altera and Philips Medical Systems. He has also consulted to many other companies such as; Hewlett Packard, Cisco, Bayer Pharmaceuticals, Raychem, Avery Dennison, Pac Bell and Sun Microsystems.
