A few months ago we had a meeting to discuss the Agile version of Extreme Programming. It focuses on a version of “Group Programming” methods, which uses group knowledge and creativity to generate a program more quickly and efficiently than standard programming methods.
This method has been around for a number of years, and we will watch a recent video of Woody Zuill giving a training on the subject at a formal conference. Woody has been talking about this approach since 2015, and is a well-respected presenter on the subject.
The video presentation is too long for us to watch in its entirety, so we will excerpt several portions, and discuss each portion after it is viewed. We encourage participation and ask attendees who are familiar with the approach to comment on Woody’s presentation, as well as share their own personal experiences and techniques.
