Presentation: Leadership Development – What does it take to develop team member’s leadership skills?
As project managers we can’t always choose the members who will make up our project team. No matter who these people are, they are valuable resources who will execute and complete work on the project, and it is part of the project manager’s responsibility to develop that team for optimum performance. It’s therefore essential for the project manager to understand the potential of each team member and to enable that member’s leadership skills.
The program introduces a case study to help the audience gain insights into what it takes for a team member to stand up and become a leader in his or her area.
This presentation is appropriate for all levels of project management and non project managers.
