As valuable as his work experience is, perhaps his true value lies in his own struggles for personal growth which have enabled him to relate to and understand the unique stresses and demands on creative talent and leaders in engineering enterprises.

His training and experience as a coach make him an in-demand facilitator in group work with men’s teams and for the last 10 years, he has had the unique experience of working behind the walls of San Quentin Prison with a Veterans Support Group.

He brings all of this to a discussion of the stresses and challenges found in today’s volatile Silicon Valley life and the leadership opportunities that enable people to change tomorrow’s world.
