With a keen interest in supporting the needs of industry, the IEEE TEMS Silicon Valley Chapter is offering this workshop for new and emerging technical managers and the managers who will help develop them into the best managers they can be.

This workshop focuses on industry lessons “from the trenches” and practical actionable advice. You learn the latest trends and technology that prepare you to manage technical teams, and network with peers who can share insights and solutions for you to cope with disruptions.
