• We are planning to have a IEEE WIE member and invite officer who helped during the year

• April 19th talk from Prof Lina Karam
• Need escort – send out message for 2 escorts. (back up Lesley: text at 480 298 5454)
• Someone to introduce Prof. Karam ( Anna or Kayleen)
• Technical help to set up laptop and sound (Whitney to ask Lina – get microphone in CH7 lobby)
• Open / IEEE executive meeting questions
• Track the 250$ donation from Anna
• Try to get IEEE WIE in a table upon request
