IEEE Waves & Devices Phoenix Chapter – Gallium Nitride Device Technology for Commercial RF Applications

The Waves and Devices Chapter is holding a technical seminar on Wednesday, August 30, 6:00 – 7:30PM.
The talk is titled “Gallium Nitride Device Technology for Commercial RF Applications” and will be presented by Bruce M. Green from NXP Semiconductors, Chandler, Arizona. The presentation will be at Arizona State University, Goldwater Center, GWC487, 650 E. Tyler Mall, Tempe, AZ, 85251. Goldwater building is north of the Noble Science Library. Paid parking is available at Rural Rd parking structure.
