IEEE PHX Section Membership Celebration & Awards Event @ Dave & Busters Tempe Marketplace 2pm

Hello IEEE Phoenix Section – We’re bringing back one of the most popular events from last year. We’re celebrating YOU! We’ll be recognizing IEEE Pheonix’s Section Section Awards & Membership Elevations JOIN US & bring the family/friends – The food is *GREAT* & our *PRIVATE ROOM* is quiet! Once again, let’s celebrate being *in-person* together, catching up and play some games at Dave & Buster’s Tempe Marketplace. Come and join us as we have our own private room, heavy appetizers (with vegan, vegetarian, meat & gluten-free options!), soft drinks, tea & coffee – all for $25 per person ($15 pp for IEEE students & under 18). We wanted to make this event as inclusive as possible – so you may register additional guests. We are also keeping the price reasonable with the section also paying costs. Bring your spouse/family but make sure everyone has a ticket! Underage guests must be accompanied on the game floor by a supervising adult over the age of 25. Ratio of 6 under-agers to 1 adult permitted, per Dave & Buster’s policy. Price of admission ticket includes all the above. For an accurate headcount, we must have everyone registered, including all guests. Registration Closes February 21, 2024, at midnight. For the gamers in our group, there is an OPTIONAL $25 Power Card for purchase – which includes $35 worth of play. For an additional $5 more you can upgrade to UNLIMITED Video Game play until close*.
