The Metropolitan Los Angeles IEEE’s Engineering in Biology and Medicine Society (EMBS) is hosting a virtual meeting on February 20th, 2020, featuring Speaker Dr. Michael Kanter from Kaiser Permanente. The talk will cover multiple topics, including the need for a systems approach to medical care and how to train a new generation of physicians.The meeting is open to all Metro LA IEEE members. The meeting will last from 11am to 12:30pm. A grab-and-go lunch at Cameron’s Seafood in Pasadena, California will take place right after the meeting.
