The 13th IEEE PES Innovative Smart Grid Technologies, Asia conference is an IEEE PES flagship conference organized in Asia. The IEEE PES ISGT 2024 is sponsored by IEEE Power & Energy Society and conducted by IEEE PES Bangalore Chapter from 10-13, November 2024 in Bengaluru, India. The IEEE PES ISGT 2024 Asia will be a venue for stakeholders from power and energy utilities, industries, vendors and service providers, academia, and research and development organizations. The conference provides a platform to share and exchange experiences, new ideas and enabling technologies which will address the enormous challenges to be faced by the power and energy industry in response to decarbonisation and integration of high levels of renewable energy resources into future power grids. The IEEE ISGT Asia will provide IEEE members & non-members access to the best knowledge, resources & opportunities in emerging technologies, challenges faced by power and energy industry/utilities across Asia and the globe.

This year, the 2024 IEEE Generation, Transmission, and Distribution, will be jointly celebrated with the 2024 IEEE Autumn Meeting on Power, Electronics and Computing, which is a well renowned international conference organized by IEEE Centro Occidente Section, Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo, Instituto Tecnológico de Morelia. They will be held on Nov. 2024 in Ixtapa, Guerrero, México. This is a forum where practitioners as well as researchers and students will meet to exchange points of view, present new ideas as well as advances to push further the areas of Power Systems, Electronics and Computing. The location, Ixtapa Mexico, provides the ideal environment to engage in discussions which surely will continue up after the conference. This forum is directed to: Practitioners, Researchers, Academics and students in the Power Systems, Electronics and Computer Science expertise fields. There will be specialized panels, technical talks, conferences, special sessions as well as an industrial expo. The contributions to be considered will have a technical paper format with at most six pages length. The technical committee will assign oral presentations to the accepted papers. Conference content will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases if they comply with the IEEEXplore guidelines.
