[] IEEE Women in Engineering International Leadership Summit 2024 “Charting Your Course“ Aug. 1-2, 2024 Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, Richland, WA Call for Posters Extended to July 10! The Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is hosting the IEEE Region 6 (https://pnnl.cventevents.com/event/d0c4eefd-451e-4c6d-a71b-34b9167f7a0c/summary). Registration and poster submissions are already underway! IEEE Women in Engineering International Leadership Summits (ILS) provide regional opportunities to foster networking, mentorship, and collaboration. With the leadership and creativity of IEEE WIE volunteers, WIE Summits have been extremely successful and have made an outstanding impact on communities around the globe! The ILS serves as a valuable platform for individuals from diverse backgrounds, including women in STEM, to enhance their skills and forge meaningful connections with like-minded professionals. Building on the success of the 2019 events, which attracted nearly 400 attendees, we aspire to expand the reach to 600 attendees this year. Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) was chosen to host this Summit once again, along with nine other global locations. The overarching theme “Charting Your Course,” seeks to empower today’s trailblazers to become tomorrow’s change makers. The event will offer a dynamic and immersive experience featuring inspiring talks, engaging panel discussions, interactive workshops, valuable networking opportunities, and more. Join us for an inspiring day focused on inclusion, leadership, mentorship, and more! The IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) International Leadership Summit 2024 is hosted by the WIE affinity group of the Richland Section of the IEEE. The Summit is for anyone seeking: - Greater empowerment - Leadership development - Networking and collaboration opportunities This day-long Summit includes Keynote Speakers, Panel Discussions, Poster Sessions, and a number of Interactive Sessions by outstanding speakers. We anticipate participation from academia, industry and the national laboratories, representing a wide breadth of technical fields.
