IEEE Region 6 Virtual Southwest/Southern Area Fall 2023 Meeting
IEEE Region 6 Southwest & Southern Area Fall 2023 meeting for Section Chairs and student branches to gather with Region 6 staff to discuss issues that relate to Section and Student branch activities and needs, provide Student Branch officer training, network, share ideas, and provide a venue to collect needs and ideas from SW Area students to make their IEEE experience better than ever. Since this meeting is virtual, attendance is unlimited and open to all members. For IEEE R6 Members interested in volunteering, this would be an excellent opportunity to find out what it takes to get involved. This will be a great opportunity to expand your knowledge of what IEEE has to offer your members and to learn how to better engage them. All student branches in Southern CA, AZ, NM, and NV: NAU, Embry Riddle, Grand Canyon University, ASU, UofA, UNM, NMIMT, UNLV, UCLA, USC, UCSB, Cal Poly, and San Diego IEEE all invited. Will include IEEE student leadership training for student branch officers and section officers from the Hawaii, Northern Nevada, Sacramento, San Francisco, Santa Clara Valley and Oakland-East Bay sections.
