| | | | | | March Executive Committee (ExCom) Meeting Date: 03 March 2026 Time: 05:30 PM HST to 06:30 PM HST Location: Virtual via WebEx or Holmes Hall, Room 389, 2540 Dole Street, Honolulu, HI 96822 | | | Birds of a Feather: Our Favorite DIY Projects |
| Our Birds of a Feather (BOF) meetings are about sharing. Come and share (tell us about) your favorite hand-built project. What makes it special? Should our young engineers (or students) build it too? Are there "simple" and inexpensive projects that really show off (visualize or experience) an engineering concept? So much of modern technology is invisible. Miniaturized into invisibility. Are there projects that bring concepts back into view? Are there projects we should bring to the young engineers? This meeting is a no-host event. Come and share a drink or a meal together.
Date: 18 March 2026 Time: 06:30 PM HST to 08:30 PM HST Location: Zippy’s Vineyard, 59 N Vineyard Blvd, Honolulu, HI 96817 | | | | | Awards | | | University of Hawai‘i Earns First-Ever IEEE Regional Exemplary Student Branch Award |
