IEEE Industry Applications Society (IAS) Hawaii Chapter will be hosting a seminar series on generators with guest speaker and local legend, Cliff Yuen, from Hawthorne CAT. While geared towards a younger audience, this talk is great for EEs of all levels—whether you are a budding engineer looking to learn about best generator design practices, or are an experienced professional looking to brush up on basics and learn about alternative fuel sources that are becoming ever so common in our push towards a sustainable Hawaii. This is a hybrid event. The in-person event will be held downtown in the Burns & McDonnell office, and refreshments will be provided by IEEE. Visit the IEEE vTools Event page for additional information. Contact sahara.matthew@ieee.org with any questions. Mahalo.
