This meeting brings volunteers to plan and coordinate the upcoming K–12 Coding events. We will discuss event structure, curriculum, logistics, volunteer roles, and potential funding or sponsorship opportunities. Lei of Growth: Aloha, Mentorship & Career Building is a special event created to support and celebrate women in engineering and technology in Hawai'i. This event combines professional growth with the welcoming spirit of Hawai‘i. The participants will take part in a fun and meaningful lei-making activity, where making a lei becomes a symbol of building connections, sharing knowledge, and growing together. It’s a chance to relax, meet others, and enjoy a mix of culture and career support in one place. The participants will also join mentoring circles, where they can talk with experienced engineers and ask questions about their career path, job search, or how to succeed in engineering. A career corner will be available to help them improve their resume or LinkedIn profile. There will be time to network, enjoy light snacks, and meet others in a friendly setting.
